Part of the work completed today was for peace of mind and safety but part was for brightness. I wish I had before and after pictures of the rooms so you could see the difference. Outstanding!
Day two a week and a half later, the first guy arrived, and finished the job with his improved hardware.

Called to have a ceiling fan installed in my daughter's room. The electrician Tony was on time, very polite, explained everything in excellent detail and description. He took the time to listen and explain.
Takeaway, the company sent two people the scheduled install date, but knew only one could be there for a handful of hours without replacing the second person. This was a cable pull job wihch demanded 2 people the entire process. This job could have been completed in one day if two people were sent for the entire day worth of the job. This is not a detriment to the tech that was there the entire time, but to the company that did not properly allocate enough personnel for the job.
Install took two days. first day took longer than expected because the company sent two guys to do the project, but one had to leave after only 3 to 4 hours. The company did not provide a third person to replace the second person which caused the first person to take way longer than necessary (Pulling network cable is a 2 man job). The cables finally got pulled, and the installer had some issues with the equipment. After about 10 hours, the first guy needed to go home, order new equipment, and so ended day one.
Jason came out to our facility today and did an excellent job ! Is attention to detail is amazing and this is a professional outfit Hands down . I am also local business owner and service provider very impressed at his approach to solve problems . I needed some work done on my breaker box And helped me install some male plugs on some of our grinder machines . Did everything right on the spot .
The Service Detectives are AWESOME!!! We couldn't be happier with the services they provided us. Honest, hardworking folks who care about their customers. They don't try to sell you or tell you something needs fixed when it doesn't like some companies do. These are just good honest folks. We are first time home buyers and they were super informative about things we knew nothing about. We will continue to use them for all our electrical and heating/cooling needs. We appreciate what they have done for us.
