The customer service was excellent (better than expected) I spoil my baby (2 1/2yr old pup) Chicago "Bear" Rossy; unfortunately on a budget; for less than $30 I was able to buy 2 outfits, a bully chew and what is now his favorite squeak toy (believe me, he's spoiled and has many) and you can't get him away from his new chew or toy. The shop smelled so good
Great customer service and a wonderful new puppy! We found Fish Tales via a Facebook friend who'd seen the puppy we ended up getting. The manager agreed to hold him for us until we could drive up from the Memphis area. We made the drive and were very pleased. Our new baby was perfect, obviously well cared for, bathed and ready for his new home. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Thanks Fish Tales! We love our new baby!
